Autonomous STOL

For my research, I've been working to design, build, and fly aircraft designed to collect flight data on variable-sweep wings. My role has primarily been in setting up the autopilot systems and making aircraft ready for autonomous flight, stabilization, and data aquisition.

This white aircraft is made of foam and is a testbed used for testing the Pixhawk 4 flight controller before we put it onto a much-more valuable model of a modified X-56 aircraft with all the expensive data collection systems onboard.
